Job security is good. Work culture is awesome.

Human resources is not so good .it should be improve, since mangement is not following hdb overtime policies .many of them are considering after 10:30 hrs . Also my one request kindly change the level of hdb ,it should start as AM,DM AND M LEVEL ETC

Incentive structure is good but they keep changing the incentive slaps monthly. They add different requirements which is impossible to achieve. Since 2 months i am not getting incentive. They hire me for consumer durable loan and tell us sell all the banking products starting from term loans, account opening, credit card, CCEMI,DCEMI which affects the core business sell due to which we cannot qualify for incentive structure....Read More
