Nothing to like pathetic organization not giving importance to new joiners in the organisation who come to experience...there is a big lobby on every destination specially who all joined in 2009

Dislikes

Very old standard in terms of system and technology..they are still in 2005s to 2008s contact center era....dialer is pathetic only thing you will like is various dashboards and reports you see that's all about it....those who are tenured 2008s and 2009s one are like owner of company worst department is BIU team again which is beingmanaged by 2009 guy will not take the name he considers himself god of HDB they will work only on perception....if this guys thinks he want to make your life hell he will go to that extent and you will go in depression and leave the job....HR is good but can't do anything because of this powerful lobbies....Read More
