Good for pass out graduate.I Worked for 3 year's get to know good knowledge about banking skill.Salary as per fresh is good but hike according to experience is too less.As per me for beginners itz best place to learn.

It was a good job but when I used to work. So I was sad that he did not appreciate us. I learned a lot from him. He would only work less. Need to increase salary .

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
