This company in Lucknow here employs are donkey in human body for them 0 increments management is very bad salary and hr team hire employees in such a bad way jhoot bol kaar hire krte hai and experience ko bhi fresher mai consider krte hai

Overall company is good but have politics kind off things.

HCL as a company is good But some projects are worst Like Apria as the Managers and Reporting managers only for their own promotions can do anything. As they provide promotions to their flatterers and Insist those promotion guys to maintain Personal Relationship with the subordinates as such to maintain the quality parameters and data as for all these they need some special things at the end of the month just as to assure the incentive of the subordinates. Whole politics within the management biasedness purely trying to run as government as for incentive they need the bribe for the some same as government people want....Read More

The best thing is they provide security in my job during pandemic and during lockdown and full salary was credited even I was not working for 3 months.

Dislikes

During my 3 years experience they move 3 different projects, it is very difficult to adjust in new project and every time you have to start from zero. Because of this i didn't get opportunities to promote on next level

Very Bad experience and salary is quite low....there is no IJP...management people misguiding people and taking 1.5 lakhs for training. Which later wards regretting towards candidate point of views....and after that they were sign 50k bond of 2 years...
