Recruitment team is worst and not mapping resources correctly. Claim process is very slow. You can not expect work life balance and they expect us to work 365 days. No holiday

The management is biased and creating a shit of a good organization. No appraisals. No recognition. No growth. Only the management is growing by cost cutting and throwing people out of the organisation. Better to join a small organisation as there is no job security here also now.

The work life balance at BSERV was very poor. No Job Security... They have 25 reasons for putting a candidate to Bench apart from their poor performance. There is no work satisfaction and timely recognition. Also no timely promotions, there is no growth timely.

Performance Recognition was not there for truely deserved candidates. No Work-Life Balance. Poor Salary Package for BSERV Employees Very Pathetic manual oriented Performance Management System where RM's can do and write anything without justice to candidates. Auditors are thrown out to Bench once the audit cycle is over due to some or other reason by RM's. The Organization culture has been infected by senior executives who are more than 10 years at HCL, they take decisions haphazard Cally without data backup. There was worst IJP process followed, I was moved to Kalyan Appakka team and completed the training for 2 months, post training client was asking me to work full night shift which I denied due to health reasons, client suddenly threw me out of the project, and I was placed at Bench and HR also did not support me. Not a good company as manipulation of salary towards base salary against which no good retirement benefits i.e. pf, gratuity, leave encashment,etc.

Actually it's a nice company but after the separation and pre separation the situation arise it's not upto the mark.. Acquisition is happen but it's not smooth as compared to others...I would like to join again if they have clarity in the salary structure and position

Company is good. I appreciate the companies policy. The.medicsl facility is really good.

Dislikes

Many old employees they create problems for new employees. Senior management they really do not care anything. Most of them are involved in favourtism groupism and various other corruptions. HCL must do very tight scrutiny on this and it will be helpful for the company to reduce the unnecessary staffing.

High level office politics RM Behaves like He or She is God. If they don't like they mentally tortured you. Call in late evenings for work. Ask to work late night. Not able to think how to manage home and office work. Pressurized to work on weekends. Almost pathetic for me HCLTECH

There is nothing to like, only they cutoff from your salary. They give 5% hike & add 4% variable into that hike. So basically you can't do anything, even hr nothing helps.

-No hikes, -Multiple way to deduct your salary, tons for variables in your salary break-up & even hr can't change into this. -If you try to connect hr, you need to take as challange because you can't hr, you add literally add complete hierarchy to get response from them. Then they will give you response, even that response is alsoirrelevant. -No way to grow in this company, I think that issue with my project not company. -Worst company...Read More

No, nothing any thing. Ni growth, no timely appraisal, no bonus and night shift allowances, no promotion. I had worked for HCL around 4 yrs but in this over all experience only 35k incremental.

Don't expected growth, salary, appraisal, promotion if any one join this organization. They are not give on time appraisal, also not give the ariaer.

While I truly appreciate the opportunities and growth I've experienced at my company, one challenge I've noticed is the occasional overlap in responsibilities when working on smaller teams. Pathetic company. Never join HCL and in case you have to then leave within 2-3 years maximum

Nothing is there to like. Initially job security was a benifit now they are making increasing efforts to make sure all experienced employees leave and they fill all positions with interns and freshers for a salary of less than 15k month

Negligible appraisal. No promotions . There is no standard of giving salary. Junior employee in same team with lower band could have higher salary than senior with upper band. They do not give any goodies on Diwali/new year. They do not give any money on referrals. Just the extra miles points.
