Dislikes

There is no appraisal for TP if any TP person want to suggest, HCL people doesn't listen.

I have working for third party in HCL for 4 years. HCL never thinks about third party employees. The off-roll employees have to on roll. have not value for off-roll employees.

Changing domain a good idea?

I've got 5+ yrs of presales experience in Financial Services domain. Building more domain experience thru courses too. Working in latest tech - Cloud, GenAI etc. Got an offer in telecom, manufacturing - same presales role though with a decent hike. Also would be working in these techs only because this is the market now. Would changing the domain be a good idea now?
