It was a good experience working in HCL and they have provided good projects, opportunity and good perks.They give preference to employees in work life balance.

Got good team and client, so learning and working is actually good alongwith flexible working time

Changing domain a good idea?

I've got 5+ yrs of presales experience in Financial Services domain. Building more domain experience thru courses too. Working in latest tech - Cloud, GenAI etc. Got an offer in telecom, manufacturing - same presales role though with a decent hike. Also would be working in these techs only because this is the market now. Would changing the domain be a good idea now?
