My experience is as good as my manager is....it's been so long working here not much but more than 4 months but still it is a comfort to work not with company but it's people such as our store manager Ramesh our operational manager Rakesh and some buddies....

As much I have seen this company take much time to repair their appliances such as refrigerator and air conditioner even though its an icecream parlor.... My manager says that no new employee can have a good future in this company.... Theirs Yusuf Shaikh somebody he's zonal manager or something I guess very rude and talks in a much bad way that employs leave company because of his behavior....

Gradually the company is adopting to the latest technology which was needed as per the current trends and changes. Secondly the quality product the company is offering is showing good value for both customers as well as our dealer network that makes for a good fortune of the company. As well the relationship which has been build with our dealer network is going well as the customer service provided has been build stronger with new company policies. Overall salary is decent, but growth is slow. Work pressures are often on above average as they require more than one person job as one has to look after all things as there are no separate divisions or are not working effectively.
