Likes

Havells encourages entreprenourship which is the biggest USP of Havells DNA. The comany does not have culture of tagets and works on 'Khelen Hum Jee Jaan se' concept which is 'Play to Potential'. Being an owner driven organization, as one would expect, has its own pluses and minuses; more pluses in case of Havells though. All in all a great place to work indeed.

Dislikes

not much to dislike here once you get ingrained into the Havells philosopy and culture.
