Lots of oppurtunity to grow if you have a focussed approach. Top management is very grounded and at the same time passionate about growth in terms of numbers as well as brand value.

The company need to invest more on developing the skills of people. Promote the culture of high trust and create sense of pride within employees to stick to the company for long run. Become more process driven than person driven.
