Training sessions are conduction frequently to update employee skills, knowledge sharing, management support is good for external employees

Dislikes

By conducting un-necessary meetings from both side(Client and Harman) irritating employees mind and wasting the time. It will not help to product delivery. So my suggestion is skip the un-used meetings and give the chance to employees to focus on work.
