Contract with client renew every six month which is risky ,you will het the status at bery last day only uptill then they will say positive only . Last day they inform me contract not renewed now you have to preparw for interview to het another project.

Job security is very good as they have multiple large clients. Compensation is as par with market and appraisals are also good and fair. Work-life balance is also good, however, it depends on your project.

Dislikes

They mention Hybrid model, but it works only if you house is in your base allocated city, as work from anywhere outside the city is stricly prohibited. Also managers always try to restrict peoples from taking leaves, as they won't be able to bill the client.
