everything other than JBL speaker as gift. They will be fooling you around by promising good hikes and promotions and when it comes to fulfill it they will come up with some other story. No growth at all. I feel like wasting my precious 3 years on them.

Pune office Management is supportive. Good hike % if your excellent performer. Hybrid Work Policy. HR is also supportive. Currently working for client so Harman does not disturb and only communicates during appraisal cycle. Lots of new learning during project execution

Dislikes

There is lot of instability nowadays. Employees are confused due to communication gap between Harman and Client. Lack of clarity regarding future plans. Infrastructure provided in OPC are not up to the mark. Difficult to have work-like balance but depends on the project. Salary is not as per market even though %hike is good.
