I had the pleasure of working with a great team, particularly a senior member who was incredibly helpful. He went out of his way to assist newcomers and junior staff members with learning the ropes. My manager, RK who headed the MAN, Audi Head Unit projects , was also very kind and understanding. I've heard from colleagues that the project was on the right track after his takeover. I still keep in touch with my manager and coworkers, as I learned a lot from them. I will always remember Harman as the best company to start my professional career with. Additionally, I learned the valuable lesson of perseverance thanks to my strict team lead. The Audi team, on the other hand, was more laid-back and I gained a new skills thanks to the completely different and new tech stack. My team lead and coworkers were cool. There were also some great quotes shared among us. I am grateful for my colleagues (who joined along with me as freshers), even those who were new to the job, as they were extremely helpful and supportive. Some seniors were not very helpful, but I took that as a challenge, tried to improve my skills, and used it to my advantage. It is from the hardships that you actually learn something.
