You will get what ever salary you ask. (50, 60, 80%) hike on your current CTC.

No personal life, 24x7x365 job. And Boss is GOD in this organization. What ever he/she said, YOU HAVE TO DO. One of the most pathetic You join healthy and physically fit but after some days you start facing health issue like: headache, BP, because of work pressure.
