It is worst. We used to work continuously for 15-20 hours and that also for continously 7-10 days. We used to do work on weekends. Specifically I have worked for more than 70 Saturdays and Sundays during 3 years of my articleship.

Some of the managers are good. You will learn how to handle pressure and will get good exposures on auditing.

Dislikes

The environment in kolkata office is very poor. You need to think hundred times before approaching to the partner. The management is not at all approachable. Also you wont get salary at time. in every month there is a delay of 8-10 days. Sometimes it will come on installments.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
