I joined Bangalore branch for articleship in stat audit. Had a terrible experience. The partner does no work except to harass his subordinates, not just articles, but also consultants, managers. He had very little manners,if i may say. Curse in front of clients is one among them. The worst part is the HR policies. They won't tell you that they have some stipend refund policy if you quit. It is after joining your colleagues inform you. Take it from me, don't join here....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
