It's very small scale company. And in 2008,initial package was 4,000 for diploma and degree guys. For BTech and MCA guys it will be 5000 initially. And one and half years bond for freshers and Hike will be after 9 months.

In 2008 there was no testing tools were used properly. No team outing no team lunch. Hike system is horrible there.
