It was great experience as per training of McDonald's.I really enjoyed the systematic process and most important was it's procedures and policies. But job security was not there and payment structure is not as per designation,no hike year to year and bonus is very low compared to others companies/fi in this current time. No hike in salary,No job security and internal politics (that is I don't like to share)

In the beginning there was flexible work hours but when get promoted as a manager there is no fix time to go home.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Friendly environment and promotions at initial level. Recognition of the staff was done every month and every shift.

Dislikes

Senior level managers did not know anything. You have to just listen and do anything as they say even if it was not right. For promotions you were totally dependent on them even if you have required skills. Knowledge level of the senior level was not up to the mark as they were promoted by buttering and working for many years. Meal charges were cut even if you do not consume burgers
