I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Here things to learn is much more. You can see every type of machines and manufacturers of machines.

Dislikes

The salary package for freshers is very poor and they give random salary not using a particular pay scale. The plant maintaining is also poor and the management doesn't provide good saying facilities.Here you have to make efforts to learn things related to your field. No one is going to tell anything more than their requirements.

5s not maintain in shop floor. Training is note provide to junior staff person and operator also. Due to lack of knowledge to senior staff person. They do not have knowledge to how speak, how to handle juniors
