I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Here things to learn is much more. You can see every type of machines and manufacturers of machines.

Dislikes

The salary package for freshers is very poor and they give random salary not using a particular pay scale. The plant maintaining is also poor and the management doesn't provide good saying facilities.Here you have to make efforts to learn things related to your field. No one is going to tell anything more than their requirements.
