The company is open to learn every things and our colleagues are verious culture and work together happily .

Dislikes

There are only 2 shift so work presser is high. Sometimes I have work 24- 32 hours continuously. And no on job training for freshers .

The company is good for manufacturing. Accounting is also good. It provide high Aquracy and reliable product to his cost umer. At time delivery.

5s not maintain in shop floor. Training is note provide to junior staff person and operator also. Due to lack of knowledge to senior staff person. They do not have knowledge to how speak, how to handle juniors

Here things to learn is much more. You can see every type of machines and manufacturers of machines.

Dislikes

The salary package for freshers is very poor and they give random salary not using a particular pay scale. The plant maintaining is also poor and the management doesn't provide good saying facilities.Here you have to make efforts to learn things related to your field. No one is going to tell anything more than their requirements.
