Likes

The best thing about Hansa Direct is the way your seniors help you if and when required, understand the situation if something is wrong. The way seniors motivate other staff to bring up more ideas for the betterment of the process or the project that is handled.

Dislikes

Well, there is nothing that I dislike, but I at times feel that we should have more lively work environment so that the team working there especially agent level will have the zeal and enthusiasm to work

Work Details

I am working with Hansa Direct as AM Operations for the non voice team and here I handle all the nonvoice projects that are there with Hansa

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
