Work culture and Job security is zero. Managers behaviour is like Dictatorship, HR Is only Rubber Stamp or less than that. Product and brand acquisition infra management and new infra creation , known brand so relationship should be easy with subdealer and super distributer, network and channel learning.

Bossism culture is very high not cooperative and attrition rate very high due to bad working culture specially the name mentioned in the block (Jagdish kakade) very much politician and immature person don't have clarity of team handling so result should his team attrition rate is very high.
