The team I had worked was really good. The team was very friendly and had a good experience working with seniors. Work life balance was good in our team compared to other teams

There are so many things😅 Mainly there is no job security They just do mass layoff without prior intimation No hike no proper salary distribution accordingly Overall BYJU’S work culture is bad when it comes to sales and marketing team They misuse customers money and don’t give satisfied solutions for the customers queries So many employees lost their jobs at BYJU’S and BYJU’S did not properly paid their salaries on time also. One of the worst organisations to start your career with . The trauma the company and its people give to the team is unimaginable. They try to blame you for everything and anything. Don’t have the courtesy to speak up for their own .

I heard that the work culture isn't good and they follow wrong sales tactics and that would be true I am sure but I never experienced that being a non sales person. I liked the culture. All my managers in every project were very supportive and friendly.
