The higher management is crap. They make idiotic decisions and we have to bear the consequences. No job security nowadays. No good hikes or promotions. Managers here are biased.

Forcefully they will ask to resign even good performers also If you are good with US mangers team, Then you can safe, even if you are bottom performer also.
