I thank the owner and company to offer me the job even though I was fresher. I had irrelevant experience of 3 years and wanted to start my career in web design and graphic design field. During my work here I have worked on Shopify, wordpress, html, javascript and few python projects. I have learnt a complete life cycle of the project. Every few days new projects are assigned. Lot of customers and projects are going on at the same time so it's juggling between projects. Working with different testers everyday and making sure work is upto the proper standards....Read More

Sometimes work load is there As a fresher immediately jobs are assigned instead of few months training.

I liked working here. It gave me opportunity to start my career in new field. Using this experience I am working today in MNC. I still work remotely on some projects in case of emergency for them.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
