Work life balance is great for poeple working at sales floor (sales advisor) for management its hectic as they are being accoutable and responsible for everything, they feel restricted and over burdened with responsibilities. Growth is stagnant. Not much of learning and development. Technology used to facilitate store employee and customer is not good. Salaries and appraisals are average. People are based out at out stations stores despite having store in their home locations.

Only people who are into buttering, politics and gossips will get promotions. So all the managerial level people are those who are their boss's pet and the people who will get promoted in future are the pets of managerial level people. HR Mahsher is absolutely useless, he hired me but after that he never picked my calls or reverted on mails or texts. AVM Isha slept her way to higher position and is currently sleeping with a DM and for sure that DM will be promoted as SM soon. Ex area manager Kapil, he is obsessed with females wearing short dresses. SM Manju, she thinks she is ruling H&M because she is Kapil's favourite. She lacks manners and respect and is very rude to employees has hundred mis-behaviour complaints against her but will never be thrown out of the company. Totally racist in culture if you want to go back to school and learn British indian history then work here, the whites are treated as first class citizens they are allowed to work less travel at their whims whereas Indians are treated third class.
