The culture is poor as they predict like they are taking care of you but in actual scenario it's missing. Whenever area team is visiting they are not treating well also the just highlighting the problems as they don't have solution. Hr is of no use with least skills of there roles apart from their role they knows everything. Store colleague are suffering with less manpower but they says that they don't have budgets for the same....Read More

Open Door, you can approach any leader without middle man, one of the retail who have started 2days wk off.

Dislikes

Partiality, you have to be very close to your manager or leader to boost one's career, descrimination between store staff and one who sits in office. No Empallthy towards people, leaders are very diplomat, salaries are way too poor, slow growth , poor increments.

Higher management team should work with H&M values and should give equal apportunity to all and should not make decisions depending on someone's perception. Should be fare for everyone. Should be open minded to receive the feedback without taking it personally.

Great culture, better work life balance with 2weekoffs, training and development at its best with good structured methods or best practices. Quarterly Attire for sales advisor. Safety and security is good. Facility like pantry, bathrooms and meeting room are provided for employees. Good company for learning and understand to retail management.

Expectation on sales, work force and visual merchandising are high than realistic views.

I love talking and helping people so in a sales oriented environment, I would be able to talk to countless people per day. I also enjoy and know a lot about the fashion and clothes that H&M sell so I would be able to help obtain and advise customers on what they are looking for.

The main problem is, we never have enough people working. And second, the big bosses have unrealistic expectations.

Totally racist in culture if you want to go back to school and learn British indian history then work here, the whites are treated as first class citizens they are allowed to work less travel at their whims whereas Indians are treated third class. The bosses trace the number of hours you work, ask you to travel after office hours.
