As an organisation it's one of the best work place.... Privileged to be part of such lovely organisation. Work life balance & policy are best.

Dislikes

Higher management team should work with H&M values and should give equal apportunity to all and should not make decisions depending on someone's perception. Should be fare for everyone. Should be open minded to receive the feedback without taking it personally.
