I really like work life in H&M, job security, medical benefits, culture of H&M, working towards society and environment.

Dislikes

Promotion of the staff, head office people should interact with staff like Kumud and Purti.

Job security and working environment is good they just say uts flexible but actually u hv to be flexible as per the business requirements

Dislikes

They have this thing where you have to do closing shift but they do provide u cabs for that . It is really hard to get promoted because there is alot of work on floor that u can't learn any other thing for the growth

Good thing about working at H&M is that you get to work with taking fatigue study into consideration

Dislikes

That there policy is very strict that will sound lack of security at job you'll get terminated for any basic reasons

Good work environment and company policies and yes job security.

Dislikes

Management behavior and the way they support. and thare are no internal growth path for old colleges.

It's pretty well but we don't have less hour in team but maximum hour in management team so in results we are suffering from lot of work presure and our SMT not support us they always say that you should request us but we are working for h&m

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
