Had to leave a review because of the line of questioning by HR. Asked for my PAN card number before the interview process which I flat out refused to provide. This is for all the folks out there, never share your personal information with these MNCs as they harvest data. Always be mindful about your personal data like DOB and PAN number and do not share such information with any recruiter unless they first provide you with an offer letter first. Nothing, company still works on stone age technologies and the are reluctant to come out of that.. Everything is manual

Leadership lacks vision.. they are running third grade colleges and they think of their colleges as premiere and they want diversity in their classrooms.. All the intakes are filled with people who just need student visa for part time work .. their colleges are of 3-4 rooms ( even government school in small town in India are bigger than them). To sum it up about the culture at Gus Education India,Employees are fooling mid level Management, Mid level mgmt is fooling higher level mgmt and Higher level mgmt is fooling stakeholders by showing them Rosy picture of business.. Business is growing due to the only reason their are still desperate students who wants to go abroad in the name of Study for part time work and prospect of earning in 🤑..
