Nice atmosphere and vibes, the staff is excellent and so are the work ethics.

Dislikes

Work satisfaction and work-life balance is great. However, number of leaves are very less and no appraisal held for the past two years.

The organisation provides good platform to start careers for freshers. They provide training to the employees which further help them for their career growth.

Dislikes

Overall, it is good as they provide salary on time and also Peers relationship is good. Talk about a technology, the instruments and machines are used for in the hospital are best.

My work with gndssh was challenging as I have to look after the payroll, attendance, recruitment, training and answer the day to day queries of the staff and the top of it is to retain the senior doctors is very challenging task for me.
