Likes

Was able to learn hands on what each process of production looks like. The projects given were hard but it pushes you to do better and work smarter.

1. Can do alot better when it comes to work culture. 2. The style of leadership can be flat where department heads can take the call instead of one person calling all the shots. Really cripples the production process. 3. Expectations need to be communicated in one on one chats rather than calling them out in meetings. 4. Work Details

The job was good, I struggled in the beginning as there was no training and I learnt everything on the job. Helped me get a taste of different roles within a short span of time.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
