The worst work place they don't give any employee salary as its production company we have to beg them for salary every month and they just believe in people who stays in there home and caste n spiritual humans they are and more over they ask to book the flight tickets instantly we have to cancel re book them by any chance if something goes wrong they will deduct the salary n they won't pay they use humans for professional n personal use

There i faced much dog fights rather than creative stuff. All are dumbs and trying to impress the lady boss.

There i Directed and edited a Programme. But, there are people who don't want to give any credits to Director. I don't recommend this firm to any creative person. Please stay away, Thank God... I'm out of it now!!!

Was able to learn hands on what each process of production looks like. The projects given were hard but it pushes you to do better and work smarter.

Dislikes

1. Can do alot better when it comes to work culture. 2. The style of leadership can be flat where department heads can take the call instead of one person calling all the shots. Really cripples the production process. 3. Expectations need to be communicated in one on one chats rather than calling them out in meetings. 4. Employees need to have certain benefits like insurance or an easy leave policy.
