Very poor management they hold the employee salary and HR is very mean lady she will not pick your phone once you left the company.

While at working in Gupta Power they will release the salary after 15th of every month and once you left the company then forget about the salary. As a wire manufacturing company they don't have any stock of copper or they don't even keep the stock you will get the order then they will start the manufacturing of 90 mts wires.

Very poor i will suggest if you don't have any job and if you get the offer from Gupta power please don't go. Gupta power market reputation is also poor.
