Job security in this company is very poor. You may terminated in this companyin any situation. Talking to growth, If you work here for 5 year, then in 5 year period you can see only 1 to 2 maximum 10% increment in total period.

It's supportive at that time. Salary got delayed by 2 months and with a bonus of 30% to 50% cutoff and they asked me to take VRS because they can't kick me out. But it's ok

Poor HR team now & very very poor management. That's it for now. You will get to know each & everything & everyone after joining. 😉

There are no benefits for who got posting at field. Health insurance for employees also got cancelled last year. So go for a desk job or else (don't ask me who is Picaso).

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
