No work load, top management works like government employee. High corruption. Owners are very good

HR is very bad, policy is vary employee to employee, HR policy are not transparent and not visible on employee self service. HR try to spoil career at relieving and when place resign, many candidates left company with out reliving letter even after serving 1 month notice as per their appointments letter. Company will not relive before complition of notice period even you are paying notice period amount. If they wants they will relive you after 2 months. You have to sign BOND and at notice period when you pay bond amount they will neither destroy bond paper nor they will give you bond amount receipt....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
