There is nothing to like in dis co. This company only gives you stressed ...whenever they feel they will call you...no timings for personal life. I have attended worst meetings in gufic they can go more than 12hrs in a day...that's horrible experience for me.

There is so much to say about this company but in short I would say look for any other small company but not this one. Worst experience

Old company with own manufacturing Unit, Not employ benefit, think only Sales. Pressure employ for sales, by dumping the stock. Remove employ without Notice prior. Life of employment in Gufic is only six month

Too much followup and reminders with inter office department. Vendor payment not released in time. Export team has to handle work related to export import finance. Have to handle both Export and Import shipments, no separate team for Export and Import. Cannot take long holiday coz of work load. Team streanth very less as compared to work load.
