Interview process little tough, salary and compensation good, work life balance good, as a global Guerbet good policy and culture. Work satisfaction is good for me in sales. Satday Sunday holiday. Basic this parameter are good to go. Salary payout good timely.

Dislikes

Internal work little bit format oriented and complicated, other company is usually apps or software (avoidable dislike) , company side can be little bit patience as any company hiring anyone after joining with in 1 month can’t generate business, little bit focusing on process and trusting the people capabilities( just fine tune), training part self training really help, after that it can be improved little bit training part from company side. Compensation by company is poor otherwise company has good culture. Growth opportunities are not that good as proper leadership is missing. No international exposure after management changed and certain biased decissions .
