If you planning to join Guardian in IT dept, then please make sure that its not GPT program.
There is no learning and not so great development work as you will work on 3rd party insurance product which is already developed and will be asked to do minor customization. Product bugs are taken by 3rd party i.e. product company.
Work ishighly stressful as there is no training program and no one the organisation knows much in detail. Status needs to be provided even if you add all details on bugs/stories.
12 to 9 shift makes your work life worst.
Higher management does not care about developers at IDC level and likes to please US management and that is why there is hight attrition and average time people spend here is about a year....Read More
