It all depends in which team you are. GTT is good for freshers. Top level management is good. Policies are recently revised hence they are much much better now. Skills wise you learn a lot in first 6 months but again as I said team matters. 80% of the teams DO NOT have morning shifts but working from office in night shifts is reallyFUN. You do not get Indian holidays though they are listed in GTT holiday list, your manager will ask to work on festive days and I would say you should because you are paid double....Read More
