I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. I have many points for dislike: -Tech company but give target to the employee just like sales team, nothing good to learn. - Full of micromanagement - No specific SOP for the project every team follow process according to their choice. - Put on PIP during the appraisal.

GTT is a good company for beginners & who have less than 2 years of experience.

Dislikes

No exposure on technical kinds of stuff & A lot of dependencies is there. You become dependent on international guys as accesses/responsibilities are given to Indian guys. If you are getting an offer & reporting manager is Ajith or Santiago then do not accept the offer. Otherwise, you will sacrifice your own growth by your own hand. The management was incompetent and spoke only their regional language (Telugu) all the meetings and general communication took place in the same language. You were welcome to the club only if you knew Telugu. Any suggestions and ideas presented were turned down and you were shown the door.
