Dislike The new management. They don’t keep any records of their employees on how many projects he/she has worked on and then threaten their employees, if they raise their voice. The HR person is also not organised, he is not in touch with the data of exited employees. Saying this cause my FnF n reliving letter was not given to me within 90days, I had to follow it up with the HR and then it was sent out to me after 3months of my resignation, when it should have been done within 90days....Read More

No exposure on technical kinds of stuff & A lot of dependencies is there. You become dependent on international guys as accesses/responsibilities are given to Indian guys. The management was incompetent and spoke only their regional language (Telugu) all the meetings and general communication took place in the same language. You were welcome to the club only if you knew Telugu. Any suggestions and ideas presented were turned down and you were shown the door.
