No job security. They will fire you anytime. No good projects to work at and then they pressurize employees to achieve targets. Micro management is there. No proper resources to work. Most importantly, no respect for female employees. Overall, don't go for this company.

They’re require a cv count of 6-8 cvs per day With an offer/Select per week No saturdays off The work pressure is real If u join on recent basis u can be terminated for not having enough cv sent and joiners in the first 2 months No job security They won’t give u time to even look out for a different opportunity

Even though they have been established for many years, NOTHING is organized, zero infrastructure. Don't expect salary on time(10th); it's often delayed for weeks. They don't provide pay slips. The Global Head likes to micromanage everything and lacks interpersonal skills. Ironically, despite being a recruitment firm, they don't even have HR policy.

Great Place for all to build a long term career especially fresher like me. I joined as an Executive HR, moved to Senior Executive HR then Associate Practice Lead and now Team Lead. Organization invests in our growth by way of process certification plus organization gives opportunities to be developed in new domain and also provides greater growth and value addition.

Nothing , It’s the worst consultancy anyone can work. The salary is never paid on time. There is no job security anyone can be kicked out anytime. There are no HR policies in-fact there is no HR.

it's hard to begin a liking towards this company and their management as they do not have a value for their own words which they would flaunt at you at the start of your employment with them. they have an excellent way to keep you working with them under high expectations and ambitions, but alas all is just a mirage.

The most disliked feature about the company is the management itself, no work ethics, no true humanity observed and there's nothing called as a true would amongst the management. everyone who has made it to the section of their management has aced themselves into becoming a stone cold hearted reptile who would rather neglect humanity and promote the crab mentality here.
