To add insult to injury, when they assured me my salary would be settled on March 15th, I received a measly 1200 rupees for my 22 days of work<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Let that sink in – a disgraceful pittance for the hard work I put in as an MEP engineer. </mark> This company is not just third-rate; it's a disgrace to the concept of professionalism. Sandip, the founder, behaves more like a mafia boss than a respectable leader, issuing threats of legal action without hesitation. The entire management team is nothing short of a political circus, orchestrating power plays while disregarding the welfare of their employees. Mobile phones are banned not just during office hours but even afterwards, as if our lives are owned by the company.
