GA is the Spanish Company and it is really international, it means a lot of different cultures and backgrounds. It was an interesting and fantastic challenge for me.

Dislikes

English people's attitude was clearly different and when GA merged with Magna interior around 2015, I started working with a lot of English people and they did not try to adapt their way to GA culter.

Antolin plants in different countries are getting closed 8. No job security you will be fired at any time. 9. 50,000/- will be taken as an medical policy and you will be able to take benifit of it as 3,00,000/- 10. Standard work culture. Lots of activities but no-one takes part in them. Food provided. Good IT and HR department.

No proper input given , very high expectations and other people helped me instead of my own team.No teamwork at all.No work life balance , always kept me in confusion regarding the policies as well. No proper communication. Lots of Partiality and favouritism.
