One thing that company lacks is training & development, but at the same time the work opportunity is such that person gets lot of exposure which helps a lot in overall development. I would explain this company is just one tag line :Groz is an Indian company with a MNC culture. It cares o=for its employees like a mother cares for her children. Groz focuses on learning and not training.

Specifically, I want to talk about design department. No NPD JUST COPY AND PAST job. Design management relatively dumb. They would not let anybody grow. Try to stop from being better. No job security. If you are puppy and dog or licker you can save your job. Design seniors are nearly illiterate from an engineering point of view. Food is chargeable. Lala type company for engineer to work. But I have great respect to the owner. And if someone wants to learn he can learn from their infrastructure. No training.

Dislikes

Design management is so concerned to stopping young talent to learn and grow. They can harass you without reason.
