If you have worked hard for a large part of your career, and are now looking for a job where you can simply come to "work" at 8:30, while away your day doing next to nothing except singing praises of your top management, leaving at 5:20-6:00 in the evening and getting paid on time, this company is what you are looking for. Dear fellow young man, looking to build and develop a fruitful and professional career, please don't join here, this is my one true advice. Quality of Senior Management/ decision makers is very poor. Let me say that there is no decision maker, except for one, the Lala Ji. Rest all are simply towing his line. Underqualified, unprofessional oldies(read senior managers), who themselves do not know what to do, who probably haven't worked in any other company all their life will sit on your head and browbeat and berate you the whole day. They have nothing constructive to offer. You will not know what to do in your profile, except if you are in sales, in which case you will receive no support or sympathy. There will be no rhyme or reason or purpose or logic behind what you will do mostly. When you decide to switch later, you find a huge gulf between the industry standards and your current skill set. This is not a company, this is a gang of 5-6 people(mostly family+some favorites), who work in their own ivory towers with zero respect to anyone else.
