Appreciate the flexibility in working hours and the variety of projects we get to work on. Work from home is a bonus. Everyone on the team is willing to learn and share their knowledge to create a collaborative environment.

Dislikes

Work environment is generally fast paced and occasionally high pressure due to the nature of the work. This sometimes leads to longer working hours and can hinder work life balance.

1. Fun bunch of people who are always ready to teach you. 2. Flexible timing- one can check in late/ checkout early depending upon your scrum calls and daily tasks. Also, it could be a con since you have to work till 11/12 someday lol. Majorly, it's in our favor so adding in pros section.

Dislikes

Nothing in particular, there are kinda blame game sometimes I felt but I believe it is better than other Corporates. My RM advised never mind any of this. Just keep going.
